Once your order is placed, production takes 3–5 business days. After that, standard shipping within the US takes another 5–10 business days. International shipping timelines vary by destination — typically 10–21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

At launch, we are shipping within the United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada and other regions soon. Sign up for our waitlist to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

All sales are final. Because each Remnant capsule is a limited, limited-run collection with no restocks, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product details, sizing information, and fit guide carefully before purchasing.

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage that was not caused by you, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review it and work with you to arrange a replacement.
